at the same time the poet WROTE,
I AM THE DAUGHTER OF EARTH AND WATER,
AND THE NURSLING OF THE SKY,
I CHANGE BUT I NEVER DIE.
this is all about THE CLOUD.Similar are various persons in this world for whom ENTHUSIASM is the true tonic for life. They come what may be the situation remain jolly, overcome adversity and create something new -THE ULTIMATE.
It is really a matter of joy to be associated to a new colleague who is a blend of heart and brain.

EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION

What “Communication” means? Litterly, the meaning is to convey message by one person to the other. And Effective Communication is conveying the message clearly from one to the other. So clearly in any interaction; there as a rule is one speaker, & the other listener. The speaker is a ‘transmitter’ and the listener is the ‘receiver’. For effective communication, organizing the words, the sentences, the topic; before these are transmitted; is the most vital step. It decides clarity of message and the effect it will leave upon the listener. Between the transmitter (speaker) and the receiver (listener) lie innumerable type of obstacles, which have to be taken care of before uttering words. What to speak, when to speak, in whose presence or absence to speak & how much to speak – all matter in communication.

Written Communication, too, is a powerful tool to impress or depress a reader. Carefully chosen words with positive strokes leave clear cut impact upon the reader. Communication style & matter definitely differ for person to person. A boss writing memo to his subordinate, a son writing a letter to his mother, a lover conveying his feelings to his beloved, a teacher writing notes on the daily diary of student – all these written words can develop or damage vital interpersonal relations. Curriculum Vitae submitted by the candidates convey clear cut opinion about the aspirants even without meeting them personally. Art of written communication once mastered; make the events happen as desired.

Other than written and verbal communication-metaverbal communication signals one’s response or reaction to a particular situation. For example take ‘smile’ – it may mean a sweet wish or sarcasm to your saying. Your sitting or standing posture reveal the level of situation you are in. Eyes are the most effective means of conveying one’s feeling – anger, love, affection, rejection, happiness – all your eyes speak without verbalizing even a single word. Grenade eyes, epoxy eyes, angling eyes, observing eyes mean a lot in communication.

So spoken, written or even unsaid words rule the world. Effective Communication can be a source of happiness, success, joy or things are otherwise. Mastering the art of effective Communication is a must.

ENTHUSIASM

Enthusiasm is the human emotion that keeps human beings ‘in motion’. The literal meaning of ‘to enthuse’ is to lit fire in a dead heart to do something outstanding. A heart full of enthusiasm can do impossible tasks. Enthusiasm is true tonic for life. Life devoid of enthusiasm is like human body devoid of oxygen and water. It is such a great feeling which can convert ordinary creatures into superb performers. And the Great who loses enthusiasm becomes ordinary. The hallmark of a leader is high level of enthusiasm with which he is able to inspire team-mates remain motivated.

What affects enthusiasm level. Primarily, this is self-produced trait. The man himself is responsible for his rise or fall. But this is the leverage power of enthusiasm which picks up even flatly fallen person to get up, fight the odds, overcome obstacles and get success. In a battle this is not the quality of weapon which matters. This is the soldier’s enthusiasm who carries the weapon is of utmost importance. His patriotic feeling to overpower enemy and bring victory to nation make him so forceful that he can win over toughest possible opponent. Truly test of power is test of enthusiasm.

Not only a woman climbs mount Everest, but even a man without limbs or a person devoid of eyesight accomplish the toughest task to scale the world’s highest peak. A Mayuri dancing with artificial limbs and bagging prestigious awards, An Abdul Quadir; a leg-spinner hitting Cuteny walsh-the speedster-for a six required to win the match of the last ball – are all possible only with one power, that is power of enthusiasm. A man remains young, healthy & performing even at the age of seventy in case he is full of enthusiasm otherwise a person of twenties without this quality is old in the true sense of the word.

Enthusiasm is contagious and spreads its fragrance to others who come in contact with enthusiastic person. This positive passion can make the ordinary bring about extra-ordinary results. Optimisim and hardwork are two natural companions of enthusiasm. It puts into the person courage and confidence to conquer events which are rough and tough. Therefore keep on drinking the cup of enthusiasm and live life full size.

“LIVE PRESENT”

IMAGINE WHAT WE,

MAY NOT ALWAYS BE TRUE

PATH TRAVELLED BY US

WILL DECIDE DEADLY

WHAT WE SEE OR FORSEE.

‘LYING IN THE LOVING ARMS OF BELOVED’

BECOMES REAL WITH NOT THOUGHTS.

BUT RULING THUMB OF DESTINY

DOES WITHOUT A SINGLE WORD UTTERED

HOPE, HAPPINESS, ENTHUSIASM & ENERGY

TO THINK & DO POSITIVE

IS THE BASIC RIGHT OF HUMANS

WE ARE MEN & CONTINUE TO BE.

GLORIOUS PAST OR FUTURE FEAR;

HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH

‘NOW THE PRESENT DEAR.

THINK, DECIDE & ACT TO

MAKE PRESENT; THE PERFECT.
